实现海关AEO互认 认证企业出口南非更便利

近日，中国海关与南非海关签署“经认证的经营者”互认安排。互认后，两国AEO企业货物将在通关中享受较低单证审核率、较低查验率、优先查验、指定联络员沟通解决通关问题、非常时期优先快速处置等5类互认便利措施，帮助企业降低港口、物流等贸易成本，促进两国企业贸易安全顺畅，为两国扩大贸易和投资规模营造了更加便利的营商环境。

截至目前，中国海关已经与新加坡、韩国、南非等21个经济体47个国家或地区签署了AEO互认安排(协定)，包括19个“一带一路”沿线国家和地区，5个RCEP成员国和13个中东欧国家，互认国家(地区)数量居世界首位。

为了让更多诚信守法的外贸企业享受到AEO认证企业的优惠政策，杭州海关相关负责人表示，后续将继续加大企业信用培育力度，通过线上与线下、集中培育与“一对一”重点辅导相结合等方式，引导企业强化自律合规意识，优化内控管理，提高诚信守法水平，助力更多外贸企业通过AEO认证，享受不断扩大的AEO互认“朋友圈”带来的贸易便利。
关于海关AEO：
AEO，是Authorized Economic Operator的简称，即“经认证的经营者”。海关对信用状况、守法程度和安全管理良好的企业进行认证认可，通过认证的企业即为AEO企业，可以享受到通关优惠便利。以任何一种方式参与货物国际流通，并被海关当局认定符合世界海关组织或相应供应链安全标准的一方，包括生产商、进口商、出口商、报关行、承运商、理货人、中间商、口岸和机场、货站经营者、综合经营者、仓储业经营者和分销商”。
